After cleaning, we arrange return shipping with you. Cleaning time starts when your shoes arrive at the atelier; postal transit takes additional time.

Can I send my shoes by post?
Yes. Contact us first. After our confirmation, send your securely packed shoes to Glow Swiss, Seestrasse 410, 8038 Zurich. We agree on postage, return shipping and payment in advance. Postal transit time is additional to cleaning time.
Which shoes can you clean?
Our service is for sneakers and running shoes. For leather, suede, delicate materials or special models, we first check suitability. Send us a photo on WhatsApp.
When will my shoes be ready?
Your shoes are usually washed, disinfected and dried in about 24 hours. We confirm the exact time personally.
What does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and delivery are free within 5 km of Seestrasse 410. Beyond that, delivery costs CHF 15 per order and is free for orders of CHF 100 or more. We confirm address coverage first.
Will every stain disappear?
Results depend on the material, age and type of dirt. Cleaning cannot always reverse wear, yellowing or material damage. Show us your pair and we’ll give you an honest assessment.
How can I pay?
You pay when your shoes are returned. For postal orders, we agree on payment in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.
